Once you have your ad ready, send it to us for processing using upload button below. The deadline for the 2024 parade advertising is February 1st.
When uploading your own ad the following requirements are needed:
• Size: must be the full dimensions of the ad space for your sponsorship
• Resolution: 300 dpi
• Formats: .pdf / .jpg / .jpeg / .ai / .eps / .tiff (if submitting .ai or .eps please make sure that the fonts are converted to outlines)

1. All advertisements must be consistent with this celebration in honor of St. Patrick and Irish American heritage and adhere to these rules.
2. Any attire depicted must be appropriate to the occasion.
3. The Parade Committee shall have the sole power to approve or reject any advertisements for any or no reason.
4. Advertisements that include those who hold political office may be accepted if they represent the office they now hold, not as the candidate for any office.
5. No campaign buttons, signs or apparel will be allowed in advertisements.
6. The Parade Committee reserves the right to exclude from advertising in the Official Program any advertisement which it considers to be advocating or promoting a particular purpose, principle, agenda, or message inconsistent with or contrary to those of the Parade.
